We collect account profile details, business contact information, workflow activity, and files uploaded to support freight operations. Freight files may include operational, financial, and business records such as rate confirmations, BOL/POD files, invoices, and supporting paperwork.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the workspace, route workflows, support onboarding, monitor product performance, and respond to support requests. We do not sell customer data for advertising.
Sharing and subprocessors
We may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, and operational support. Access is limited to legitimate business purposes and platform operations.
Your responsibilities
Customers are responsible for confirming legal/regulatory requirements that apply to their own freight operations, including data handling, retention, and disclosure obligations.
